FAQ’S

Q: How do I place an order for my job?

A: If you would like to proceed with production on a project and you have gotten a quote from us, it’s as simple as giving the approval via email or phone. Your rep will gather your company information and will place an order for you on our system (which you will get a copy of via email).

Q: What happens after I place an order?

A: You will be contacted by your rep or a production coordinator to work on getting artwork files for your project and once we have those, we’ll work on proofing, (electronically or physical hardcopy) and once approved we will get it into production (for new customers, a 50% deposit may be needed for orders over $500).

Q: How long will my job take to produce?

A: Generally, for sheetfed projects we complete jobs within 5-7 business days from proof approval. Digital is usually within 2-3 business days and large format is usually about 5 business days. If mailing services are needed, it will typically add about 2-4 business days, depending on complexity. Specific timelines requests or having your job put through as a rush is definitely possible, speak with your sales representative to see what we can offer.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping? Can I pick up my project?

A: Unless specifically included in an order price, shipping is always add’l, but we have great rates and should be able to ship out very cost-effectively. For smaller projects, pick-ups are definitely fine (but for larger orders we tend to like to ship on skids or vanload to your location).

Q: How do I set up my file?

A: See our File Setup section for full details on how to best set up your file.

Q: Do you offer reseller rates? Are clients protected?

A: Yes, if you are a volume print reseller, we offer competitive rates (the more you print, the more you save!) And we safeguard your clients as much as possible and would never knowingly solicit a client of yours directly.

Q: How long do you hold pricing on quotes for?

A: Generally speaking, quotes are valid for 30 days, but we often hold pricing for re-orders/re-prints for many months after pricing has expired!

Q: Can I have terms for my print project:

A: Terms can be applied for after 2-3 orders are placed and go through as COD payments. If there are no issues with payment, we will happily accept an application for terms. In some special cases, terms can/will be granted for first-time customers, but that would be determined on a case-by-case basis.
